Frequently Asked Questions + Policies
Thank you so much for considering me to be a part of your celebrations! Please read all information below regarding order-by dates, specific dietary modification requests and conditions before placing an order or submitting an inquiry.
All Ramz’s Bark desserts are baked-to-order by me, Ramya, and made entirely from scratch using high-quality ingredients in a clean and safe kitchen. Each order requires individual planning and preparation, so a minimum of 5-7 days are requested to ensure your sweet treats are ready and prepared to my standard. For custom orders, a minimum of 2 weeks prior notice is preferred. Orders placed later than this may be subject to additional costs.
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping;
All orders are available for pickup at my current location in Bordentown, NJ. Local delivery is offered upon request and my availability (delivery fee applies). Shipping is available on most of my desserts unless marked as “Pickup Only”.
When To Place Your Order:
Online orders: Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be shipped or ready for pickup.
Custom orders: The earlier the better! I often get booked months ahead, so placing your orders at least 2 weeks-1 month in advance of your desired pickup date is preferred so I am available for your booking. You are welcome to reach me with your custom requests farther in advance (highly recommended for orders during peak holidays).
Valentine’s Day: If you would like to pickup your order on Valentine’s Day (Sat, Feb 14th), please place your orders by Friday, February 6th. If you would like to receive a shipped order by Valentine’s Day, please place your orders by Sunday, February 1st. (Orders beyond these dates may include additional priority/first class mailing charges.)
Allergy Disclaimer & Dietary Modifications:
None of my chocolates and dipped treats contain eggs, while cakes and select baked treats may contain eggs (but can be made eggless upon request). All desserts may come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, eggs and other allergens unless I am notified. Please contact me to let me know of any specific allergy requests so your desserts can be modified (eggless/vegan/gluten-free) and my kitchen can be prepped accordingly for your order.

All sales are final and 100% deposits are taken for all custom orders upon order confirmation. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it leaves our bakery in perfect condition, and hope it reaches you in the same excellent manner. Once your order has been handed over to the delivery service, it is beyond our control and we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during transit. If any concerns arise after your order has shipped, we kindly recommend reaching out directly to the delivery provider for assistance.
