Seasonal Orders: When should I place my order if I want to receive it on the upcoming holiday?
Pickups: If you would like to pickup your order during the weekend of Mother’s Day (May 10-11), please place your orders by Friday, May 2nd.
Shipments: If you would like to receive your order by Mother’s Day (May 11), please place your orders by Friday, April 25th. (Orders beyond these dates may include additional priority/first class mailing charges.)
When can I expect my order to be ready for shipping or pickup?
Once you have placed your order, please allow 5-7 days for your order to be shipped or ready for pickup.
How far in advance should I reach out to place my CUSTOM ORDERS?
The earlier the better! We often get booked months ahead, so place your orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance of your desired pickup date so we can book you.
Do Ramz’s Bark products contain eggs?
None of our chocolates and dipped treats contain eggs. Our cakes and some baked treats do contain eggs but can be adjusted to eggless versions upon request. Feel free to reach us if you have any other specific dietary requests.
Can items that may contain eggs be modified to exclude eggs and/or be made vegan?
YES! ALL of our treats can be modified to be eggless or vegan, excluding chocolates which do not contain egg but do contain dairy. To modify select custom menu cakes, contact us to inquire about your modification preference!
Where can we find you?
Stay connected with us on our Instagram @ramzsbark (linked in the top right corner of the screen!) and find us in person at local seasonal festivals! We offer pickup from our location in Bordentown, NJ, shipping on select items, and local delivery for special orders.
All sales are final and 100% deposits are taken for all custom orders upon order confirmation. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it leaves our bakery in perfect condition, and hope it reaches you in the same excellent manner. Once your order has been handed over to the delivery service, it is beyond our control and we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during transit. If any concerns arise after your order has shipped, we kindly recommend reaching out directly to the delivery provider for assistance.
